2. General notes on data processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with the user's consent or based on one of the legal grounds set out in the GDPR.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is accessed, technical information such as IP address, browser type, and access time is processed to enable the delivery of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and efficient delivery of our website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for the statistical evaluation of website usage. Cloudflare Web Analytics works without cookies and without recording individual IP addresses. No personal data is stored that would allow individual users to be identified. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of website usage).

5. Beta sign-up form

On our website we offer the option to sign up for our beta program. The following data is collected:

• Name
• Email address
• Product interest (Log or Ops)

Transmission of this data takes place via the EmailJS service (EmailJS Inc., USA). The data is used exclusively to:

• Inform you about Levaris development progress
• Notify you as soon as the beta program becomes available

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. An informal email to legal@levaris.aero is sufficient.

Storage period: data is stored for a maximum of 12 months from last interaction and then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

EmailJS Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Fonts

We use the typefaces DM Sans and DM Mono. The font files are hosted locally on our server and not loaded from third-party providers. No data is transmitted to external servers.

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
